First baseman Travis Hafner cracked 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI at Barkley

Stadium where the Buster's Battalions beat the Mississippi Big Orange by the

score of 15 to 6.

Hafner provided the offensive punch. He smashed a bases-empty 'big-fly' in

the 2nd inning, delivered a base-hit in the 3rd inning, clubbed a three-run

home run (his 2nd of the season) in the 6th inning and slapped a single in

the 9th inning. Buster's provided plenty of action in the 4th inning when

they had 4 runs on 5 hits and the 7th inning which saw them plate 4 runs on 4

hits. Buster's had many opportunities throughout the game and scored in 6

separate innings.

Ervin Santana(1-0) got the win allowing 5 runs in 6 and 2/3 innings. Chris

Young(0-1) ended up with the loss. He was touched for 3 homeruns in his 3
