Shannon Stewart had 4 hits and 2 RBI at The BIG MAC where the Italian

Stallions beat the Minnesota Marvels 12 to 7.

It was a good day for Italian thanks to Stewart. He blasted a solo shot (his

1st of the season) in the 3rd inning, doubled knocking in a run in the 5th

inning, delivered a one-base hit in the 7th inning and slapped a single in

the 8th inning. Italian rapped out 13 hits for the afternoon.

Tomo Ohka(1-0) got credit for the victory, pitching 2 innings and allowing no

runs. Pedro Martinez(0-1) was given the loss. He was knocked around pretty

good, giving up 8 runs in 6 and 1/3 innings.
